The Minister of Economic Development of Georgia Zurab Pololikashvili awarded the winning Georgian companies in different nominations in the frameworks of the “Made in Georgia” exhibition held in the “Expo Georgia” exposition center. The exposition was organized by Tbilisi Municipal the German Technical Support Society, and more than a hundred Georgian companies had the opportunity to present their production with three days (April 8-10.) The Minister of Economic Development - Zurab Pololikashvili awarded the winners of different nominations together with the Mayor of Tbilisi - Gigi Ugulava on April 10. The presented nominations were created by the National Investment Agency, the National Center of Intellectual Property, the Association of Employers of Georgia, the Quality Fund, and “Global Aidia.” The Minister saw the production presented by the Georgian companies. The Minister talked about the importance of the development of Georgian production and said that such exhibitions are good stimuli for local companies. “We and The National Investment Agency are awarding the companies that came up with innovative investments during 2008-2009. The companies were chosen according to three criteria – amount of investments, quality of the project and innovative investments.
